March 9, 2010 10:20 AM- The Human Resource departments in Dubai region are positive about the promise regarding uptake of SaaS through RadixCloud™ made by Move One- an integrated international assignment and moving management company. Curt Clements, Managing Director of Move One’s regional hub in Dubai said, “ “the answer to the relocation logistics woes that hamper HR departments across the region is two-fold.” He suggested that businesses fast look to outsourcing their employee relocation requirements and migrate to a SaaS (Software as a Service) or cloud computing platform. “We are convinced that cloud computing and SaaS solutions can help organizations manage their businesses more effectively, and eliminate the need to invest in excessive resources to maintain in-house systems.”
According to David Corriveau, Managing Director of Radix Technologies, the organizers of Global Mobility Challenge in Dubai (March 10), part of a series of global conferences for HR managers, “Cloud computing is the smart answer to centralized electronic storage with easy access for multiple users.” He further added that HR managers can now opt to migrate to a shared platform that allows access for all named parties. “It’s an all-in-one application that integrates chat and email, destination details, document management, financial services, employee details,
immigration service and storage.”
According to the Radix Technologies, implementing Radix is feasible for organizations of all sizes, including SME’s as the system do not need any additional hardware upgrade and it is also compatible with the existing systems like Oracle, SAP or People Soft.
