are costlier than self service moves. However, the client here remains
trouble free as the packing of all

packing individual items.
Full Service Moving Process
- The client gets an estimate from the moving company.
- The relocation specialist appointed by the company goes to the
client's home for pre- move survey.
- The representative calculates the weight, packing cost and any other
charge related to the move.
- After the survey is over and initial costing estimate has been
finalized, the company provides consultancy
regarding other aspects of moving. This includes such topics as shipping
of goods, paperwork, documentation, schedule of air and freight
carriers, etc. All these aspects are discussed with the client to reach
solutions.
- On the scheduled day for moving or a day before (whatever has been
arranged with the client), the team from the company arrives for
packing the goods to be transported. They
bring all the necessary packing
supplies with them.
- After packing, the goods are loaded onto the trucks/trailers by the
assistants who come with the representatives of the company.
- Depending on whether it is a local move or an international
relocation, options for freight
forwarding are selected. Services of shipping lines, airlines or
road and rail operators may be utilized. All this is taken care by the
moving company.
- As the full service moves are always
door-to-door
relocation services, the goods are taken right at the door of the
new house of the client.
- Unpacking services are also
provided by the company. The goods are unpacked by its representatives
and placed accordingly as per the wishes of the client.
- If required, warehousing
or storage-in-transit is also provided by the company.
- For any damage during the transit of goods, the company is liable
according to the insurance policy
purchased by the client.
